Obert and Tud both bring on a hibiscus infused sour this week, and Chris give us a fancy rating of his "exquisite" beer, which leads us down a Hoppy Hour rabbit hole where Obert tells you all about a "raw ale" - what it means, how its made, and how that influences the beer.
After the beer reviews Tud pulls back the curtain on how Sam Adams, AKA the Boston Beer Company has been doing since their merger with Dogfish Head. It turns out that a surprising amount of their sales have come from things that aren't traditional beers. We also discuss the next big trend in light alcoholic beverages that's sweeping the nation, High Noon Spirits.
